The Ferno Mule II Litter Wheel (#11-2220) is a „universal“ wheel that can accommodate most rescue basket stretchers. It provides an all-terrain, single wheel and handles for stability or transport.
The Mule II attaches the basket stretcher via the two security straps with hooks, rated at 4500 kg. The adjustable handles on the wheel have eight positions, offering a flexible variety of positions for transport, stationary use, or storage. When pushed down into the lock-down position, the basket stretcher becomes freestanding for responders to attend to the patient. The all-terrain wheel can easily overcome roots, logs, rocks, snow, dips, and slopes.
