Sand two grits in a single pass with a 37×2 Double Drum Sander. Featuring INTELLISAND Technology and a 5 HP 220 Volt 1 phase motor, you can significantly reduce the amount of time you spend sanding.
The 37×2 Double Drum Sander features INTELLISAND Technology that auto-regulates the conveyor based on load, preventing burning, gouging, and damaging stock. The machine comes standard on an open-column base, and features a 5 HP motor. Available in Single phase only.
Features
- Flattness Guarantee: Precision-flattened steel conveyor bed reinforced with four steel cross sections for no “flex” in conveyor, guaranteeing flatness to less than .010″ across the width of the sander
- Abrasive conveyor belt offers the best grip for raw wood, giving you the ability to accommodate stock that is much shorter or thinner
- Patented Abrasive Attachment System effectively tensions the abrasive wraps, preventing loose abrasive and overlap
- Easiest access to abrasive fastening system of any drum sander! Machine design includes additional space around abrasive, eliminating the need for special tools.
- Self-colling drum prevents overheating and extends abrasive life
